  4. 🚭 No smoking or vaping indoors
  5. 🐾 Pets welcome – keep off furniture, don’t leave unattended & clean up after them
  6. πŸ”₯ Use fires/log burners safely and never leave unattended
  7. 🧱 Respect the countryside – no climbing dry‑stone walls, be mindful of livestock
  8. πŸš— Park only in designated areas and keep lanes/access clear
  9. 🚽 Rural plumbing – no wipes, nappies or food waste down the toilet
  10. 🧹 Leave the cottage tidy and check out on time
